+1 on soliciting feedback via a feedback product. Not sure how I feel about that particular website though. $33/user seems a bit pricey.

Perhaps explore alternative products/solutions. Any decent free solutions out there?

Also, we'll need to figure out exactly what should be tested.

I would like to have uservoice involved as well. I find it gives a good overview of what the users would like to have and at the same time it's userfriendly. They have a free account that could be used.
