Use ~ before usernames #102

Fixes sites that use HTTPS and the script until gratipay/gratipay.com#3583 is fixed.

Recommends people to use ~ to bypass 302ing links

I bet we can make a similarly simple code change in the javascript library on grtp.co that would have the same effect. Would you be willing to look for that?
