Remove direct grunt invocation from Makefile #169

We may switch to pure npm to keep toolchain shorter.

Using npm run build, because npm build is already a command. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29939697

@whit537 can you push the code to trigger the build? https://grtp.co/v2.js date should change. I don't have access to DigitalOcean to fix it if anything happens.

Blech, deployment is currently broken and I don't have time to fix it. Reticketed as https://github.com/gratipay/grtp.co/issues/172. 😞
