Put our Paramount membership on hold #1129

We've been gradually losing income, and Paramount (https://github.com/gratipay/inside.gratipay.com/issues/831) is our biggest expense at $125/mo. It's not really necessary since we can work at my house, especially now that our boarder is gone and the third floor is available again. It's good networking in terms of Ambridge and Beaver County, but that doesn't do much for us in open source. I've set up an office up here (spent $63.60 on a table and chair at Rivertown Antiques).

Okay! That went ... about as expected. 🐭 They would not hear of us no longer working at Paramount. They said not to worry about money for now. Weird but true.

We have been paying quarterly and if we skip tomorrow we will basically be half-way through the period. Maybe we can pay them half for this quarter and then revisit for Q4 in October?
