FD2617 was not approved for PayPal payout (is now, perhaps this was an oversight during team construction process?).
FD2410 doesn't have a team.

https://gratipay.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets/2547 seems to be a unique case and unrelated to the others. Closing this for now, dealing with that ticket in support.
Creating a ticket to collect each time I see this in Freshdesk.
To clarify, "payout" refers to money moving from a ~user's Gratipay account to his or her bank account (or PayPal). Alternatively, "payment" as seen in some other tickets refers to money moving into a ~user's Gratipay account (used to be from other users, but now from Teams).
