[T]he White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is accepting public comments on a draft policy to improve the way custom-developed Government code is acquired and distributed moving forward.

The proposed guidance is now open for public comment on this page. The public comment period will begin on March 10, 2016 and end on April 11, 2016. Following the public comment period, OMB will analyze all submitted feedback and revise the policy as necessary.

I believe @kaguillera is showing up soon, so we'll have https://github.com/gratipay/finances/issues/3 to work on. I also want to process the unclear risks on https://github.com/gratipay/inside.gratipay.com/issues/549. And I want to get to reviewing @aandis and @rohitpaulk's work ... also some Aspen work.

Okay! Got those two items done, and followed up on the Abstractions talk submission by submitting to Code & Supply (#556) and OpenSource.com (#551) as well. Now what ... ?
