This looks good to me (looks like an awesome project, I was looking for something like this a few months ago). If I don't see any objections, will approve on Friday.

How did you hear about Gratipay?

hey thx. i get a lot of value out of being able to locate friends during the day. i found gratipay by googling open source tip or something along those lines. i believe i was actually looking for gittip and only learned a while later that it was renamed to gratipay. what really cinched my interest in the project is the at-cost setup and using gratipay itself to support gratipay. i think thats a great approach for this kind of service.
