Allow github-issue-link script to recognize "gh" prefix #34

We can either submit a PR here: https://github.com/github/hubot-scripts/blob/master/src/scripts/github-issue-link.coffee

Or, as per the new convention of https://github.com/github/hubot-scripts/issues/1113, we could extract the script and generate a new one via this yeoman generator: https://github.com/desmondmorris/generator-hubot-script

This would conflict with the other bot and we'd get the link to the issue twice.
