It would be nice to receive announcements in the channel when PR is switched to Review status.

Assuming that you're looking for tag change status updates, that is. It'd be a little different than the other features of that script, but i think it'd be a worthwhile improvement. The hardest part would be generalizing it for arbitrary tags in a sensible way
