Document never compiles #368

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save document (I used my own template) with .tex extension
2. Compile
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An empty problem with my name and contact address 

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
Firefox 11.0 and the latex-lab version on the web.

Please provide any additional information below.
My template does compile on Tex-Live
