Saving error #374

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Writing a document for more than 20 minutes
2.Waiting until after an autosave.
3.Hitting 'Save Now'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that it saves. Instead I receive an error stating saving 
is impossible, retry. Retrying does not work.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
I am using internet explorer, but it has also happened on Firefox.

Please provide any additional information below.
