What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open my LaTeX document
2.Click on Preview
3.Click on compile

What is the expected output?

Preview

What do you see instead?

Error message

What version of the product are you using?

Both production and development

On what browser?

Tried FireFox, Explorer, and Chrome with same result.

Please provide any additional information below.

Other documents seem to compile and preview, for example the Example document 
works fine.
