This PR was auto-generated.

This updates the circle.yml file to do automated deployments on master branch builds. These automated deployments target clever-dev and production environments.

The deploy strategy in the PR is no-confirm-deploy, but if you would prefer a more conservative deploy strategy you can also use confirm-then-deploy or canary-confirm-deploy. For more details see: https://clever.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ENG/pages/228393060/Deployment+Strategies+Dapple

If this app doesn't need automated deployments or is deployed in an unusual way (e.g. a template, a test app, an ECS system container), feel free to close this PR as irrelevant.
