Search drops you into an anchor link #325

When searching sometimes it drops you into an anchor section of a page instead of the main landing page; even if you try to click the title of the page. For example in the attached screenshot.

Yeah, this one is annoying.

If you click the page title, it should send you to the top of the page with no anchor prefilled.
If you click a link to specific section, it should send you to the anchor link.

This will become more relevant as we push folks to rely more on search to find things going forward.
