Native auto-approvals for access requests until configured expiration #12079

What

Customers who bring on contractors or clients have expressed interest in being able to enable self-service upgrading of privileges semi permanently, where a user requests a role and all future requests for that role from that user get auto approved up to the role "good through date" configured by the approving admin.

Why

Customers who do not have PagerDuty and don't want to write their own integrations would benefit from having a way to auto-approve requests natively through teleport for specific roles and up to a specified time.

Workaround

Using PagerDuty or writing custom integrations to ingest approval requests and handle them externally.
