Joining a session when in recording mode. #2000

When using the recording proxy, if you copy the URL for a session in the Web UI and open it in another terminal, Teleport starts another session because the recording proxy does not support sharing sessions.

The UX could be improved here, maybe present a page that says session sharing is not supported in the recording proxy.
