Organise resources visually in WebUI #35064

What would you like Teleport to do? Ability to easily group resources visually in the WebUI ie create folders, add resources to folders.

What problem does this solve? Greatly reduces clutter, particularly when large number of resources displayed. Pinning does not create multiple groups. Filter requires use of operators which is awkward and not user-friendly. This would create UX Improvement and end-user friendliness.

More organization and filters for large amounts of resources would be really good. It would help if you could restore the view from the previous version.
