Inconsistent naming in automatic upgrades (update vs upgrade)

• [ ] The package that provides the teleport-upgrade script is called teleport-ent-updater.
• [ ] The docs for self-hosted automatic upgrades use the term "updater" in some sections and "upgrader" in others.
• [ ] The URL for the docs for self-hosted automatic upgrades uses "updates", but the term "upgrades" is used throughout the page itself.

The last two points are not that big of a deal to be honest. I can see how "upgrader" and "updater" could be used interchangeably in writing.

teleport-upgrade vs teleport-ent-updater though was rather disrupting when I was trying to help out a customer who was evaluating this feature. When I was just talking about auto upgrades with the customer and the team, I had to always double check myself to avoid typing teleport-update or teleport-ent-upgrader. I imagine it must be even more disrupting when someone attempts to set up or use auto upgrades.

I've opened a PR to enforce "automatic update" in the docs: https://github.com/gravitational/teleport/pull/38282

This doesn't change the naming of things like the teleport-upgrade script though.
