The Teleport client tools should support auto updates.
What problem does this solve?
Teleport is only backwards compatible with clients up to 1 major version behind. Teleport client tools (tsh/tctl) need to be updated periodically to stay compatible, and to ensure security patches are installed. Supporting auto update for the client tools will make it easier for users to stay up to date with the latest version.
