Authorization problem for id "abenner" on underpasspar06, but not on 04 or 05

I was able to login successfully using these commands: tsh -l abenner --proxy=pylonpar0401.softlayer.local ssh underpasspar0401.softlayer.local and tsh -l abenner --proxy=pylonpar0501.softlayer.local ssh underpasspar0501.softlayer.local but when I try the same thing using this one: tsh -l abenner --proxy=pylonpar0601.softlayer.local ssh underpasspar0601.softlayer.local and type in my softlayer id and password, I get an error window, saying : Login unsuccessful. Please try again, if the problem persists, contact your system administrator. Unable to process callback from SAML provider. Ask your system administrator to check audit logs for details. Could you also send us logs from:

• teleport proxy (running with -d flag for debug output) while the failing login is happening
• tsh -d -l abenner --proxy=pylonpar0601.softlayer.local ssh underpasspar0601.softlayer.local (note the -d flag)

You can email/share these with dev-teleport@gravitational.com, since they may contain sensitive info.
