I'd propose the following language for the first paragraph:

Teleport Enterprise (cloud-hosted) is a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 compliant service provider. This means we have met the highest standards for data security set by the PCI Security Standards Council. Our compliance is verified through an annual assessment conducted by a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA). Our most recent Attestation of Compliance can be viewed at trust.goteleport.com.
