Integration Enrollment Rules page for EC2, RDS and EKS #46311

With the recently designed AWS Integration, we need to design an extension for connecting Integration cards (EC2, RDS, and EKS) to their respective detail page AWS Integration Status Page ->https://github.com/gravitational/teleport.e/issues/4033

Each card will be connected to their Enrollment Rules page and linked to Pending Tasks.

Based on the discussion with @marcoandredinis and @kimlisa we have prepared designs for the Enrollment Rules.
