~ARM64 FIPS Enterprise build tarballs for Teleport versions 6.0.0-rc.1 and higher are now available for download via the Teleport dashboard.~

More work is needed to get FIPS working on ARM64. The previous binaries were removed as BoringCrypto support was not working correctly.

This should be possible when we upgrade to Go 1.19.

@russjones @jakule Can this issue be closed now https://github.com/gravitational/teleport/pull/21086 is merged?

@webvictim i don't think so. We still need to build FIPS binaries, add the artifacts to the downloads page, etc

Teleport 15 will have ARM64 FIPS builds.
