Improve the documentation for custom install docker-compose

Add command to download docker-compose.yml also in this page
Add mkdir command to create the suggested folder structure
Fix errors in the instructions how to change the downloaded docker-compose.yml
Try to fix the nested markdown lists to improve readability and maintainability
