Local link to internal section dose not work in documenation

Making the anchors or internal links in Markdown page bold will cause them to redirect to homepage of either Console UI or Portal UI, depending on where you open the markdown page.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create an API

2. Go to documentaion and create a markdown page

3. To test add some content in the page like this:

4. 1. Introduction

The API provides tools for managing resources and performing operations. Use the following sections to explore more details.

[Go to Authentication](#authentication) [Explore Features](#features)

1. Anchor links will work when in normal
2. If you modify them:

[Go to Authentication](#authentication) [Explore Features](#features)

1. Upon clicking on either of these links, they will redirect to homepage.
