[Portal] Update Application Key

As a API Consumer

I want to update my Application Key

So that I can manage my access

Insert screenshots, drawings...

[x] Given an application using Application Key going to expire and several subscriptions Then I can access my APIs when i postpone the expiration of the Application Key

Which other features may be impacted by this fix. This could be populated after fix

What are the impacted versions?

For each User Story everything on the list must be considered, select only what was required

[ ] Acceptance criteria met and tested
[ ] Sonar Cloud quality gate passes
[ ] CircleCi checks pass
[ ] Cypress or Postman API check passes
[ ] Test containers passed if modifications on the repository modules
[ ] Translation for portal UI checked
[ ] Developer created draft documentation PR
[ ] New migration scripts checked Can be run multiple times but only makes changes the first time Display to user what script has done
[ ] Validated on appropriate environment
[ ] Existing test cases refactored

ticket working as expected ticket verified on https://apim-master-portal.cloud.gravitee.io Acceptance criteria was checked and approved scenarios checked:

[x] Shared API Key is the same across console/portal
[x] Shared API Key can be Updated on Portal side and this is reflected on Console
[x] After Updating Shared API Key, for 2h both API Keys can be used to make calls to the API
[x] After 2h, old Shared API Key is not longer valid and only new Shared API Key can be used to make calls to the API
[x] Status of both Shared API Key is displayed correctly on Console/Portal
