[mfa] [sms] HTTP generic implementation

As a 'application owner and or administrator'

I want to 'to use an http client to send and verify MFA code'

So that 'I can be agnostic to any SMS provider'

This plugin will be part of our enterprise edition
This plugin should be compatible with AM 3.15.x
We MUST be able to manage HTTP headers and HTTP body with support of Expression Language
HTTP proxy MUST be supported as well
