[Management] API read-only if managed by CRD

As a user, I want to view my API managed by CRD in the console in read-only in order to keep a unique source of truth (CRD)

• Only console at the beginning (some investigation will be done for the management API - with certification?)
• Fields in console should be read-only, disable
• Debug mode is still enabled
• Subscriptions are still manageable through Console
• Documentation pages are disabled
• Disable rollback functionality
• Notice banner that this API is managed by Kubernetes Operator

• What about path-mapping ? -> Readonly
• Analytics & logging configuration ? -> Readonly
• Quid of notifications ? -> Not supported in beta
• Quid of alerts ? -> Not supported in beta
• Migrate simple screens at the same time ? -> Yes

• [ ] Given an API managed by CRD then I can view it in read-only mode when I view it in the console.
• [ ] Given an API managed by CRD then I can not edit it when I use the M-API/console.
• [ ] Given an API managed by CRD then I can not edit plans when i use M-API/console.
• [ ] Given an API managed by CRD then i can manage subscriptions on my API using the M-API/console.
• [ ] Given an API managed by CRD then I can use the debug mode
