As an API Consumer, I want to get a permanent connection even if no messages are processed or in case of network failure.

• [ ] Given an Async API configured with a SSE entrypoint then my connexion should keep alive even if there is no events processed
• [ ] Given an Async API configured with a SSE entrypoint then i get automatically reconnected when i loose connection
• [ ] Given an Async API configured with a SSE entrypoint then i can keep connection open for 24. hours
• [ ] A pod could keep alive a connection with our helm chart
• [ ] A pod could keep alive a connection with cockpit trial env
• [ ] Documentation to be provided
