Theme Preview Does Not Load

Describe the bug :

The Theme preview fails to load the CSS when using the default docker compose and nginx setup.

To Reproduce :

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Use the default docker compose and nginx configuration setup from the documentation
2. Navigate to the Theme settings
3. The main.css cannot be found and does not load, failing to render the preview correctly
4. This behavior persists for any custom changes made to the css

Expected behaviour :

The login page theme preview should display what the page will look like, including any custom changes.

Current behaviour :

The login page theme preview does not render, as the css fails to load.

This issue has been fixed in versions 3.21.8
