OWNER of API can't click on the VALIDATE button when new subscription comes in #9618

During a POC we noticed an unexpected behaviour that seems to be a bug.

Trying to su,mmaruiwe below with some ecplanation.

create an API with default user
create a new user that we put as an owner of the previous API
create a new subscriptions to the API
the user has a new task to approve the subscriptions
the VALIDATE button shows up but it’s impossible to click on it.
need to switch to the original creator of the API
