APIM RPM installation overwrite portal configuration #9914

After a first rpm installation, we have to configure the portal properly in file: /opt/graviteeio/apim/graviteeio-apim-portal-ui/assets/config.json.

The issue is that after an yum upgrade this configuration file is overwrite.

This issue will be fixed in versions 4.2.15, 4.4.4, 4.3.10, 4.1.21
