update homebrew path. have blank .sh for uninstall #22

added a blank shell script for the uninstall stanza to operate. switched the uninstall stanza and zap stanza according to the stanza order in the cask cookbook. https://docs.brew.sh/Cask-Cookbook. updated path to homebrew to /opt/
