SSL for the netmaker server #186

As nowadays anyone can request a certificate it would be nice to also have the netmaker site on SSL with for example a certificate from Let's encrypt.

These docs will be official as of the next release. For now, use older images with the general setup for nginx+letsencrypt: https://netmaker.readthedocs.io/en/develop/quick-start.html#prepare-nginx
