I tried this plugin for a short time and got the following false positives:
ascended 8 times in a row
ate too quickly
didn't animate before damaging
last failed check was No Swing
last failed check was Fly
last failed check was WaterWalk
placed blocks too fast
speed was too high
sprinted while hungry
stood on water 4
switched tools too fast
tried to avoid fall
tried to break a block too fast
tried to break 2 blocks
tried to break avoid fall damage
tried to place a block too fast
was sneaking too fast
It was already kicking players, we had to shut it off. Even in silent mode, the false positives are so numerous, it's of no use.
