Change protected authorize() method to public #24

Though I disagree with the change, GF has made all protected methods in their add on framework public, and now throws notices for add-ons that have protected methods. This occurred in 1.9. This fixes the notice.

Thanks for the contribution. I had no idea, it's been ages since I've had any time to put towards this plugin.

Would you be or know anyone who might be interested in taking over development and maintenance? I'm constantly getting requests for new features and updates.
