Clearly distinguish access=private and access=no.

The problem

Currently, the recomendation on private land is to use the access=private tag. However access=private is disregarded fot (high)ways and areas. Some POIs (i.e. parking) are grayed out, but this is quite hard to notice.

This allows for errors while manualy planning trips or routing.

Potential solutions

• Add a bright colored (red?) accent or background.
• Gray it out by default.
