Add car icon to detached garages #4869

Detached garages, https://www.google.com/search?q=detached+garage&tbm=isch https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:building%3Dgarage perhaps should have a little car icon shown on them.

Currently they are just a mysterious smaller house behind a bigger house.

Maybe even render an icon for attached garages too.

Closing as duplicate of #1207. That could be reopened if we can agree on a general strategy regarding building differentiation in #2532.
