can we get the bounds for whole india to export tiles??

i want to export tiles for india i have try to set bounds using this : https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Bounding_box but when i start exporting tiles it gives me only the lowest part of india at zoom 3 to 5 and the upper part is not shown in zoom 3 to 5 ,it shows when i start zoom in (zoom 7 or 8) i think issue is in my giving bounds for india ,is there any best approach by which i can give the correct bounds to get the whole india at initial zoom
