Step down as maintainer #5030

With everything going on in my life I don't have the ability to take on the additional stress from OpenStreetMap Carto. Given the dead state of CartoCSS, I'm not planning to put in the time to change the current state of the project.

Well, let me first say a big thank you, likely from the entire OpenStreetMap community, for all the years you've been a solid backbone of the OpenStreetMap project and openstreetmap-carto! This has been invaluable to the community and the project.

Wish you the best with all the other work in the OpenStreetMap ecosystem you remain involved in.
