[BUG] Design Land sidebar opens automatically when screen size changes #2836

Current Behavior

Design Land sidebar opens automatically when screen size changes

Expected Behavior

Sidebar should not automatically open when screen size changes. It needs to remain closed unless user opens it using the hamburger icon.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

  1. serve design-land
  2. Start off in desktop
  3. Change screen size to tablet or mobile

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
