[FEAT] Remove all deprecated properties in @daffodil/design components

Feature Name

Remove all deprecated properties in @daffodil/design components

The Desired Behavior

All components in @daffodil/design should not longer have any deprecated properties in the codebase.

We've decided to not wait until the release of v.1.0.0 since it's not being used by anyone at the moment. It's easier to remove it all now rather than later.

• [x] Hero (layout, size)
• [x] List (mode, daffListSubheader)
• [x] Paginator (color)
• [x] Sidebar Viewport Backdrop (onBackdropClicked)
• [x] scss files (daff-global, daff-typograpy, daff-util)
• [ ] sass mixins (uppercase, single line ellipsis)
