Generalize and link to Buildbot #15

There are lots of folks who want better Github-Buildbot integration. I get questions about it every month or so. Bors seems like it's very close to being generally useful for such things -- and it's designed in a secure fashion.

I'd love to have a bit more publicity around Bors that I could point the Buildbot community at -- blog posts, official github repos (is this the one?), etc. Perhaps (in the best possible outcome) one of the Buildbot users/hackers will work to integrate Bors more closely with Buildbot itself.

This is the official repo, yes. I was just thinking this morning I'd like to blog about bors, and maybe I'll get to that soon, but besides maintaining it for Rust and Servo I doubt anybody on those teams are going to have much time to promote it in the near future.

We at Basho (who have long used Buildbot) are now starting to use bors and we got wind of it from this blog post http://graydon.livejournal.com/186550.html from Graydon.
