Publish to npm? #18

Great library, thanks! I was wondering if you would consider publishing it to npm, as the other bats support libraries (like bats-assert and bats-support) are already there. Thanks!

I've created a repo with a copy of this functionality and it is published to NPM, has test with coverage and other helpers. https://github.com/drevops/bats-helpers
