Plugin support for Graylog V3 #2

Hi there!

First, thank you for writing this plugin, it's been amazingly helpful to us. We just updated to graylog version 3.21 and noticed that the input is being marked as 'Unknown' and we had some issues updating. Wondering if there is planned support for this new version.
