Changed channel option to be non-required in order for Mattermost notifications to work without returning 404's.

Will take this into consideration for the major overhaul that is in progress to work with Graylog 3x. I'd prefer putting this in a new notification type of "Matter Most" that way the option can stay required for "Slack".
