Hide search results and histrogram box #1657

We have a lot of multi column and row list, in order to display all columns it would be useful to hide the results and the histogram box.

+1 On my desktop about 1/5 of the search screen contains the results of the search, which is pretty useless. The Histogram should be dismissable like the "Quick Values" boxes and the "Search result" box should collapse like it does in Kibana.

Either that, or some way to expand the Messages section to fill the screen, would be really great.

For me the use case is that I want to watch my message log in realtime, and in the current design, it's confined to one corner of the screen. In addition, it doesn’t use vertical space efficiently so I can only see about 5 messages. A button to expand the Messages section would be a good workaround until a better design can be built. Ideally something like this: https://help.papertrailapp.com/assets/images/docker-logs.png. Almost the entire screen is logs, and the information is dense without being cramped.

As a bad workaround, 'Histogram' block can be hidden with adblocker. 'Search results' too, but empty space remains instead of it, so it's not that efficient, as with Histogram. image
