Graylog Web Interface Producing Wrong Timestamps for Timezones #1727

In the graylog web interface, the times for the various timezones are incorrect. The only correct time for the specific timestamp is the web browser time. The screenshot below was taken at 16:53 GMT -0400 (20:53 GMT):

I'd like to fix this, so that the time is correct for the timezones.
