[RFC] Async #132

Startup of psd are to painfull for gdm Gdm try to wait and after made autologout And i must relogin again and again... while browsers data not be cached in the ram, and pas not startup fast.

So i made startup are more threaded/Asyncronous

Oh -.- this does not fix my issue -.-, in anyway this patchset add ability to psd for deny browser startup, while initializing of psd
