add backuping of config file #70

config file backuped, when psd first start, to place around Daemon file. When psd recive unsync signal he delete this file. if psd using sync (psd launched the second time), he read settings from a backup of config file. This patch can help to avoid problem, when config file changed, while psd working.

OK, I get it. You have redefined the location of config file once it is sourced to keep things from getting into trouble.
